No Refunds

All sales are final, and we do not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.

 

Defective or wrong merchandise

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Merchandise has a significant defect right out of the box (e.g., the product is broken, has missing parts, etc.) or you have received the wrong merchandise, we'll be happy to exchange it. Please contact Customer Service at service@dwcwatches.com within 48 hours from the date of delivery, and at our discretion, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted. Refunds can only be credited back to the original form of payment. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for replacement items.

 

Merchandise not received

If your item is not received by mail, we will be happy to work with you and the shipping company to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that a written customer confirmation may be required to help expedite a claim with the shipping company. Any information provided may be used in our internal investigation with the shipping company, insurance company, and respective law enforcement agencies.

 

Exceptions / Taiwan (Republic of China) 7-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into Taiwan (Republic of China), according to the provisions of the Consumer Right Act, consumers are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period from the day after the arrival of the goods (subject to the date of receipt). If the seventh day is a holiday, the end date will be the next day.

No items are returnable after the 7-day cooling-off period.

You are no longer entitled to any discount or other preferential activities after returning any goods. We reserve the right to settle the payment according to the price of each product at the time of purchase and deduct the corresponding price difference from the refund amount.

If you need to return the product, please keep the product and the package intact. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same (original) condition that you received it, undamaged, unworn or unused, with tags, related documents, gifts, in its original internal and external packaging, and anything else that came with the item. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A set box containing several items may only be returned for refund as a whole, including all of the original items.

Apart from new product defects, external damages to various parts of the watch (including movement, glass, strap, crown, bezel, screws, and any other physical parts) caused by wearing will affect your return rights. If the outer box of the product is intentionally scratched or damaged, no return request is accepted, or compensation is required according to the price of the box.

If it is a partial return, the market price of the products you have used or reserved will be considered when calculating the refund amount. Otherwise, your right to return will be affected.

Due to different monitors and resolutions of various brands, the color of the pictures on the website will be slightly different. Please refer to the actual product color.
